Mission:

Ensure post-secondary students are offered the opportunity to apply their STEM knowledge through participation in the annual Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race (GNCTR). The GNCTR Board of Governors will advocate consistency, inclusiveness, and quality between yearly organizing committees.

Vision:

The Board of Governors is the long-term, stable foundation of the GNCTR competition. Our guiding principles are to strive for longevity and growth by strategically advocating, providing support, and outreach; constantly aiming for continual progression and innovation.
